I've been in the Real Estate business on the Gulf Coast since 2001. That's over 25 years over experience ranging from Gulf Front condos to investment properties to fixing and flipping flooded homes to building spec homes to developing and splitting vacant land and much more. I did exit the real estate sales field for a few years between 2006 and 2009 but endeavored into the real estate claims adjuster role along with insurance and financial services industries. In 2010, I got back into the real estate sales industry by managing a property management company which included vacation rentals and managing condominium complexes and associations; Indigo and Mediterranean to name a few. I enjoyed the rentals, management, and sales roles but ultimately decided to focus 100% on my clients in strictly a sales role. That decision allowed me to spend 100% of my time helping clients find the right property or help them market their property in the best way possible. This also allowed me to spend more time finding deals either on the market or even off the market and branch out into the development world. I've assisted clients in buying property and helping them in the rezoning process or splitting the land into multiple lots and even helped with subdivisions.
I have a diverse background in the real estate field with time spent running a vacation rental company, managing high end gulf front condo associations and working with their board of directors, along with time as a property adjuster helps understand the other side of a property insurance policy and claims process. My background and time in the industry through good markets and bad markets help me assist my clients in the buyer or selling process and provide insight from multiple different view points.
Along with being an investor myself and owning investment and rental properties it further helps me understand the needs and demands of investors.
